Week 25 — Breathing in Life 🕊️
At 25 wee Week 25 — Breathing in Life 🕊️

At 25 weeks, baby is now the size of an eggplant!

Inside, God is weaving together something truly amazing this week:

- Muscles are developing and movements are more frequent
- Tiny lungs are forming air sacs—preparing for that first breath
- Startle reflexes are beginning to show
- Skin is still delicate, but becoming less translucent
- Baby’s immune system is starting to strengthen with help from mama

This week’s prayer in the reel is a reflection on breath of life, strength, and peace—a reminder that God is near and upholding us.

“So do not fear, for I am with you... I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” – Isaiah 41:10

🫶 If this blessed you, save or share it with another mama-to-be. Let’s cover this season in prayer together!

He gives His beloved sleep.– Psalm 127:2
…wh He gives His beloved sleep.– Psalm 127:2
…which must be why pregnancy pillows, magnesium, and bedtime stretching can be such gifts. 🙌💤

But let’s be honest about the pregnancy pillow although it can take over 80% of your bed:

Back and belly support? ✅
Leg elevation? ✅
Feeling like you’re sleeping in a holy cloud of comfort? DOUBLE ✅ ✅

Here are some bonus tips for a peaceful night’s sleep:

- Take magnesium (with healthcare provider’s okay)

- Gentle stretching before bed

- Try deep breathing as you meditate and pray

- Drink some pregnancy-safe herbal tea like oat straw or raspberry leaf tea

- Avoid looking at electronic screens at least an hour before bed.

- Have a light protein snack

You may wake up five times to pee, but girl—you are His beloved, and sleep is still sleep (even if it’s in pieces).

This isn’t a song- It’s a prayer and declarati This isn’t a song- It’s a prayer and declaration as a child of God.

This song is a powerful declaration to speak over your baby, family, health, marriage, and even pregnancy and labor. Whatever situation you may be going through mama speak with a tongue of life and prophecy over the circumstances.

These lyrics are 🔥. Proclaim this:

I pray into the atmosphere, Spirit of God You’re here
You have all authority
I pray over my heart and mind, I am healed by Your stripes
Your blood declares that I am free

In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray
Calling on the power of heaven, I proclaim
Every weapon formed against me, must break
In the mighty name of Jesus

I draw a permanent boundary line, the enemy has no rights
To come near my family
No scheme could ever undo God’s plans, no matter the circumstance
The cross has sealed my destiny

In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray
Calling on the power of heaven, I proclaim
Every weapon formed against me, must break
In the mighty name of Jesus

In the mighty name of Jesus I know
All the power of fear and darkness, must go
‘Cause every key to every victory I hold
In the mighty name of Jesus

I will not fear, I will not fear, when the enemy comes near
On the doorframe of my life, is the blood of Jesus Christ
I will not fear, I will not fear, there’s an army of angels here
I’m protected on all sides, by the blood of Jesus Christ

In the mighty name of Jesus I pray
Calling on the power of heaven I proclaim
Every weapon formed against me must break
In the mighty of Name of Jesus

In the mighty name of Jesus I know
All the power of fear and darkness, must go
‘Cause every key to every victory I hold
In the mighty of Name of Jesus

It’s in the mighty of Name of Jesus
It’s in the mighty of Name of Jesus
